This will cancel out the sound coming out of the speaker. You can run stereo speakers from the headphone jack. Hope that helps! The 413 adds a few arp patterns and has slightly better speakers (more bass & low-end) and the speakers are shaped slightly differently. It can also be used as a soft-synth controller as does the 410The only real difference is cosmetic- they all have slightly different shades of silver (with the 413 being the lightest, and the 400 being the darkest.)
