Having trouble with usb-midi interface UX16 for yamaha keyboard.?

i keep trying to load the cd and i'm not doing something right i did the new hardware blah blah and i keep restarting and nothing is working what am i doing wrong?

I have a Yamaha YPT-400 keyboard and I want it to connect to my PC but it needs a driver CD, can I download?

it's a Yamaha keyboard ypt-400 model and I can't find any driver downloads, I perfer one that is free, and everytime I turn on the keyboard switch there's a pop-up that says "found new hardware" and it won't install there either because that's where you need the CD
